Billing & Plans
Managing your subscription is straightforward. This page covers how to view your plan, compare options, upgrade, update payment details, download invoices, and cancel if you need to.
View Your Current Plan
- Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Go to Billing → Overview.
You'll see your current plan name, the next billing date, the amount due, and a summary of how much of your plan's limits you've used (storage, members, AI credits, etc.).

Upgrade Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing → Overview.
- Click Upgrade Plan.
- Select the plan you want to move to.
- Review the new pricing and click Confirm Upgrade.
- If you don't have a payment method on file, you'll be prompted to add one now.
Your upgrade takes effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period, and the full new rate starting on your next billing date.
Manage Your Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method.
- You'll see your current card on file (last 4 digits and expiry).
- To update it, click Change Card.
- Enter your new card details and click Save.
Your new card will be used for all future charges. The previous card is removed immediately.

VENI-AI accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and bank transfers (on annual plans). We do not store your full card number — payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
Download Invoices
- Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices.
- A list of all your past invoices appears, sorted by date.
- Click Download next to any invoice to save it as a PDF.
Invoices include your organization name, billing address, plan details, and a breakdown of charges. If you need a specific invoice format for accounting purposes, contact billing@veni-ai.com.
Cancel Your Subscription
We're sorry to see you go. If you need to cancel:
- Go to Settings → Billing → Overview.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription.
- You'll be asked to confirm and optionally share a reason for canceling.
- Click Confirm Cancellation.
Your account remains active until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your account moves to a read-only Hobby plan — you can still sign in and export your data, but you won't be able to create new content.
WARNING
Canceling does not delete your data immediately. Your files, documents, and settings are retained for 90 days after cancellation. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted. Export anything you want to keep before this window closes.
Common Questions
Q: Is there a free plan?A: Yes! The Hobby plan is free forever for up to 3 members. It includes 5 GB of storage, 2 Auto Reports, and 50 AI Assistant queries per month — a great way to try VENI-AI before committing to a paid plan.
Q: What happens if I exceed my plan's limits?A: If you exceed a soft limit (like AI Assistant queries), you'll receive a notification and can continue using the feature at a per-use rate until your next billing cycle. If you exceed a hard limit (like storage), you'll be prompted to upgrade before you can add more files.
Q: Can I get a refund?A: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid plan subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact billing@veni-ai.com for a full refund. After 14 days, charges are non-refundable, but your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
Q: Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?A: Yes. Annual billing gives you 2 months free compared to monthly. Go to Settings → Billing → Overview and click Switch to Annual. You'll be charged for the remainder of your current monthly period and then billed annually going forward.
Q: Can I downgrade my plan?A: Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Overview → Change Plan and select a lower tier. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If your current usage (storage, members, etc.) exceeds the new plan's limits, you'll need to reduce usage before the downgrade can complete.
