Account
Q: How do I reset my password?A: On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Click the link in the email and choose a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.
Q: How do I change my email address?A: Go to Settings → Profile → Personal Information. Click Edit next to your current email, enter your new address, and click Save. A confirmation link will be sent to your new address — click it to verify the change. Until confirmed, your old email remains active.
Q: How do I delete my account?A: Go to Settings → Profile → Account and scroll to the bottom. Click Delete My Account. You'll be asked to confirm by typing your email address. Once deleted, your account and all associated data are permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Q: I forgot which email I used to sign up — how do I find it?A: If you signed up with Google SSO, the email is your Google account email. If you used a password, try any work email addresses you commonly use. If you're still stuck, contact support@veni-ai.com with your full name and organization name — we'll help you locate the account.
Q: Can I have multiple accounts with the same email?A: No. Each email address is tied to one VENI-AI account. If you need to be part of multiple organizations, your admin can invite your existing account to additional workspaces — you don't need a separate account.
Security
Q: How is my data stored and protected?A: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Files stored in Drive are kept in redundant cloud storage across multiple geographic regions. We perform daily encrypted backups. See our Security page for a full overview.
Q: Who can see my files?A: Only you and people you explicitly share with can see your files. Organization Admins can view file names and metadata (for compliance purposes) but cannot open file contents unless they have been shared access. VENI-AI staff do not access your files unless you open a support ticket that requires it, and only with your permission.
Q: Does VENI-AI use my data to train AI models?A: No. Your documents and files are never used to train AI models. The AI Assistant processes your content within a private, isolated environment. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Q: What happens if I lose access to my SSO provider?A: If you're locked out of your Google or company SSO, contact your IT team to restore SSO access. Alternatively, if your VENI-AI account also has a password set, you can use Sign in with password as a backup. To add a password to an SSO-only account, contact support@veni-ai.com.
Billing
Q: Is there a free plan?A: Yes. The Hobby plan is free forever for up to 3 members. It includes 5 GB of storage, 2 Auto Reports, and 50 AI Assistant queries per month. No credit card required to get started.
Q: What happens when I exceed my plan's limits?A: For soft limits (like monthly AI queries), you'll be notified and can continue at a small per-use fee until your next billing cycle. For hard limits (like storage), you'll need to upgrade your plan or free up space before adding more files.
Q: Do you offer refunds?A: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. After 14 days, charges are non-refundable but you retain access to your plan until the end of the billing period. To request a refund, email billing@veni-ai.com within 14 days of your purchase.
Q: Can I change my plan at any time?A: Yes. You can upgrade at any time — it takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Annual plans can be changed at renewal time.
Q: Do you offer discounts for non-profits or educational institutions?A: Yes! We offer a 40% discount for verified non-profits and educational organizations. Email billing@veni-ai.com with your organization details and proof of status to apply.
Apps
Q: How many apps can I use at the same time?A: All apps — Drive, Document, Auto Report, HRM, and AI Assistant — are included in every plan (with different limits per tier). You can use all of them simultaneously. There's no need to choose.
Q: What should I do if an app isn't loading or seems down?A: First, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, check our Status Page to see if there's an ongoing incident. You can also subscribe to status updates on that page to get notified automatically. If the status page shows all systems normal but you're still having issues, contact support@veni-ai.com with a description of the problem and a screenshot if possible.
Q: Is VENI-AI available on mobile?A: VENI-AI's web app is fully responsive and works well on mobile browsers (Chrome, Safari, etc.). A native iOS and Android app is on our roadmap. Bookmark the web app on your phone for the fastest access in the meantime.
Q: Can I integrate VENI-AI with other tools I use (Slack, Zapier, etc.)?A: Integrations are available on Business and Enterprise plans. Currently supported integrations include Slack notifications and Zapier webhooks. More integrations are in development. Visit Settings → Integrations to see what's available for your plan.
Organization
Q: How do I add members to my organization?A: Go to Settings → Organization → Members and click Invite Member. Enter the person's email and select their role (Member or Admin), then click Send Invitation. They'll receive an email to join. Only Admins can invite new members.
Q: How many members can I have in my organization?A: This depends on your plan: Hobby supports up to 3 members, Pro up to 20, and Business and Enterprise plans support unlimited members.
Q: How do I change my organization's name?A: Go to Settings → Organization → Profile, update the Organization Name field, and click Save Changes. The new name will appear across the app immediately.
Q: Can I have multiple organizations under one account?A: Yes. You can be a member of multiple VENI-AI organizations with a single account. Click your organization name in the top-left corner of the app to switch between workspaces. Each organization has its own separate data, members, and billing.
Q: How do I remove a member from my organization?A: Go to Settings → Organization → Members, find the member you want to remove, click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to their name, and select Remove from Organization. Their account will remain active but they'll lose access to your workspace and all its files immediately.
