Getting Started with VENI-AI
Welcome! This guide walks you through everything you need to hit the ground running — from creating your account to inviting your team.
1. Create Your Account
- Go to app.veni-ai.com and click Get Started for Free.
- Enter your full name, work email, and a password (at least 8 characters).
- Click Create Account.
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email from VENI-AI. Click Confirm my email in that email.
You should now see the VENI-AI dashboard. If the confirmation email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder — or click Resend confirmation email on the sign-in page.
TIP
Use your work email address so your organization admin can find and verify you more easily.
2. Sign In
With a Password
- Go to app.veni-ai.com and click Sign In.
- Enter your email and password.
- Click Sign In.
You'll be taken directly to your dashboard.
With Google (SSO)
- On the sign-in page, click Continue with Google.
- Select your Google account and grant permission if prompted.
You'll be signed in and redirected to your dashboard automatically.
With your Company's Single Sign-On (Keycloak)
If your organization has configured SSO through Keycloak:
- On the sign-in page, click Sign in with SSO.
- Enter your company email domain (e.g.,
yourcompany.com) and click Continue. - You'll be redirected to your company's login page. Sign in there as usual.

If you're unsure whether your organization uses SSO, check with your IT team or organization admin in VENI-AI.
3. Tour of the Dashboard
Once you're signed in, you'll see the main dashboard. Here's what each section is for:

| Drive | Store and share files — documents, images, spreadsheets, and more. |
| Document | Create, edit, and collaborate on text documents with your team. |
| Auto Report | Set up AI-powered reports that generate and deliver themselves on a schedule. |
| HRM | Manage employees, leave requests, org charts, and performance reviews. |
| AI Assistant | Chat with your documents and knowledge base to get instant answers. |
| Settings | Manage your profile, organization, and billing. |
The sidebar on the left lets you navigate between sections. Click the VENI-AI logo at any time to return to this home dashboard.
TIP
The blue dot next to a section means there's something that needs your attention — like a pending leave request or a document waiting for your review.
4. Invite a Team Member (Admins Only)

Only Organization Admins can invite new members. If you're not an admin, ask your admin to follow these steps.
- Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Go to Organization → Members.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the person's email address and select a role (Member or Admin).
- Click Send Invitation.
The invitee will receive an email with a link to join your organization. Once they accept and create their account, they'll appear in your member list.
TIP
You can invite multiple people at once by entering several email addresses separated by commas.
5. Set Up Your Organization Profile
Make your workspace feel like home by filling in your organization details.
- Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Go to Organization → Profile.
- Fill in your Organization Name, Industry, and Website (optional).
- Click Upload Logo to add your company logo (PNG or JPG, recommended size 200×200 px).
- Click Save Changes.
Your organization name and logo will appear in the top-left corner of the app and on any documents or reports you share externally.
